Adult 1 - Gi BJJ
Fundamentals
Experience Level: 0 months
- 45 minutes
- Day 1 techniques
- No experience is necessary
- No physical fitness requirement
- Advanced students welcome

For brand new students to jiu jitsu or martial arts. This is a low impact, shallow water introduction to self-defense and its benefits. Students are welcome to stay for the Fundamentals class right after.
Women's Only BJJ
Fundamentals
Experience Level: All levels
- 60 minutes
- Safe and engaging environment to learn Day 1 BJJ self-defense techniques
- Sat & Sun 10 am at Santa Clara

For newer students, we focus on straightforward techniques with the help of advanced students, improving physical fitness, and BJJ lifestyle. Sparring is optional.
Adult 2 - Gi BJJ
Advanced Fundamentals
Experience Level: 6+ months
- 90 minutes wearing Kimono
- Traditional style of BJJ utilizes leverage, grips, and ground techniques to defend against and neutralize
opponents.
- 7 days per week

For newer students, we focus on straightforward techniques with the help of advanced students, improving physical fitness, and BJJ lifestyle. Sparring is optional.
Adult 2 - No Gi BJJ
Advanced Fundamentals
Experience Level: 6+ months
- 90 minutes without Kimono
- BJJ without a gi is faster, with more wrestling integration, and includes more footlock techniques.
- 7 days per week

For students of all levels, this class provides physical fitness, detailed demonstrations of techniques, and live sparring to practice techniques in developing a BJJ flow.
